SLV-CB PUMPING PLANT ROOF

The contractor shall perform all demolition, furnish all equipment and materials, and perform required work to repair or replace the flat roof on the San Luis Lakes Pumping Plant Building. The work includes either roof repair (remove damaged materials, patch membrane, repair flashing, repair drains, address ponding) or full roof replacement (remove entire roofing system, inspect and replace decking, install new insulation and flat roof system, install new flashing, re-establish drainage). The contractor must also provide drainage improvements, debris management, safety compliance, and protect pumping plant operations. The contractor shall submit various submittals including a project schedule, safety plan, installation methods, as-built drawings, and warranty information. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes, and provide a minimum 10-year manufacturer material warranty.
