The USACE seeks to acquire a minimum of 13.09 Bottomland Hardwood AAHUs, using restoration credits only, located in the Red River Basin (HUC 08040301). The credits must be assessed using version 1.2 of the BLH-Wet Wetland Value Assessment Community Model. The mitigation bank must be approved by USACE, in full compliance with its Mitigation Banking Instrument, and have a recorded perpetual conservation servitude. USACE may purchase credits from one or more banks and may award one or more contracts. Award will be based on lowest-price technically acceptable source selection.
