Legionella Testing VISN 6

The contractor shall provide all necessary services to provide guidance and monitoring for the seven VISN 6 facilities Water Management Programs (WMP), including a minimum of 1 face-to-face meeting per year for each facility. The contractor shall provide Legionella testing and other data as identified in the attached VISN 6 Directive 1061 Water Sampling Requirements, including Temperature, Residual/Total Cl and pH, testing quarterly. The contractor shall also perform low level and high-level remediation at the request of the COR, including raising residual chlorine levels to 5 ppm or up to 200 ppm, with all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary.
