The contractor must provide fully operated and maintained Air Attack (On-Call and/or Exclusive Use) flight services in support of Government missions in the contiguous United States and Alaska. Services include providing an airplane, pilot(s), fuel (when not operating in Alaska), aircraft maintenance support, and all associated equipment. Mission activities include air tactical operations, aerial fire reconnaissance and detection, law enforcement limited to non-threatening surveillance and reconnaissance, and other administrative and related resource activities.
