The purpose to Amendment 1 is to update the technical criteria.
APPLE VALLEY FIRE CENTER ENGINE BAY ROOF
The contractor must obtain required permits, inspect, remove, prepare, and replace underlayment, shingles, flashing, any damaged non-salvageable sheathing, roof deck, and any other damaged non-salvageable roofing components. The roof must accommodate all existing roof penetrations and have a well-designed drainage system. The contractor must provide a 10-year manufacturer's material warranty and a 10-year non-pro-rated contractor workmanship warranty. Work hours are between 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. The place of performance is the Apple Valley Fire Center Engine Bay at 18809 Central Road, Apple Valley, CA 92307.
