This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must furnish and deliver one Spectroradiometer meeting the minimum specifications in Attachment 1, including spectral range 350-2400nm, spectral resolution <2nm @ 700nm or below and no larger than 3.8nm above 2000nm, three detector arrays covering UV-NIR and SWIR ranges, noise equivalence radiance <=0.4x10-9 @ 400nm, field-replaceable fiber optic cable, auto-exposure and auto-dark correction, data acquisition software with vegetation indices, live field of view, GPS-linked photos, distance sensor, inclinometer, hyperspectral calibration capability, and portable controller. The instrument must come with an OEM warranty and annual calibration using an OEM approved kit. Delivery is FOB destination to NEA Grape Genetic Research, 630 West North Street, Geneva, NY 14456, within 50 days after receipt of order.
