The work includes mobilization and demobilization, river embankment stabilization, site restoration, and optional items for topsoil and erosion control and a temporary access road and river crossing. The contractor must develop and implement a construction phasing and sequencing plan, provide all construction surveying and staking, prepare and maintain a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and obtain all permits required for its chosen means and methods. The project involves work near or in the water, with seasonal restrictions to avoid April 15 to June 1 for fish movement unless protected by a portadam system. The contractor shall complete the work within 365 calendar days after notice to proceed.
