GAOA LDV Crystal Lakes Water & Septic Resuscitation, PSICC, Colorado

The project requires the contractor to install approximately 900 feet of 2-inch HDPE SDR 11 pipe by directional drilling, boring or trenching to connect pipe from the west side of Hwy 24 near Dwelling 1 to the existing 2-inch water distribution system on the east side of Hwy 24. The 2-inch HDPE water pipe must be sleeved from station 3+75 to station 5+25 to cross underneath CO HWY 24. The water distribution system shall be installed at a minimum depth of 10 feet below grade. Work includes removal of the existing well pump and installation of a new well pump to attain 15 GPM, installation of 2 water storage tanks, a 30 GPM dual stage boost pump, decommissioning of well on East side of Highway (Permit # 117217), and abandonment of existing waterlines. Electrical work includes paying Sangre de Cristo Electric Association to remove and relocate electric meters, upgrading existing service from 100 amps to 200 amps, installing a 100-amp sub panel, and installing electrical and controls for the boost pump. Septic work includes installation of a new septic system for the 'Blue and Brown House' including all components of the distribution system, septic tank, and pressurized sand filter, installation of a new septic tank for the 'Shop' septic system, and installation of a new septic tank for the 'Bunk House' septic system. The project also includes asphalt removal and new road and gate installation.
