The contractor shall provide all necessary access equipment, comply with all applicable environmental and hazardous waste regulations, coordinate activities through the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and perform work in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing research operations. Payment for repairs will be limited to authorized work within the contract scope and established funding limits.
