All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to both POCs listed below. The cut off time and date to submit questions is August 7th 2026 at 10:00AM PDT. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
The contractor will provide janitorial services at multiple locations including Narrows CXT, Narrows Waterborne, Joe Miller Waterborne, Rices CXT, Headquarters Building, and Maintenance Shop. Services include regular janitorial work, emergency janitorial service, window service, carpet cleaning, summer janitorial service, and an optional task for swing space cleaning. All work is firm-fixed-price and must comply with safety, environmental, and licensing requirements.
