Port St. Lucie, Fl. Outpatient Clinic 142,811 ANSI/BOMA Amendment

The lessor will be responsible for designing, constructing, and leasing a new outpatient clinic building and site in Port Saint Lucie, FL. The scope includes providing a fully-serviced lease with a maximum of 142,811 ABOA square feet of contiguous space, a minimum of 650 structured/inside or surface/outside parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government plus 200 graveled overflow parking spaces, and all associated shell and tenant improvements. The lessor must comply with the Lease Design Narrative (LDN), Facility Security Level II (FSL II) requirements, and achieve 2 Green Globes certification for new construction. The lessor must also provide a backup generator for 100% building load coverage for 96 hours, a loading dock, and all required fire protection and life safety systems. The lease will be for a firm term of either 15 or 20 years, as proposed by the offeror.
