The Permanent Mission ot the United States ot America in Geneva, Switzerland,
seeks qualified companies to provide food services.
The Contractor shall perform food services work, five days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm for the
U.S. Mission Geneva Marine Security Guards.
The MSG detachment at US Mission Geneva consists of nine Marines, which would require one cook to
prepare 18 meals per day.
The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are
necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employee shall be on site.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year with two one-year option periods, if
exercised by the Government.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the
Standard Form 1449.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable
offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without
holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if
there is a need to do so.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
Therefore prospective offerers are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to operate food services at the Marine Security Guard Residence, working five days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm to prepare 18 meals per day for nine Marines. Work includes developing a 14-day menu cycle, preparing and plating lunch and dinner, cleaning the kitchen, dishes and appliances after each meal, managing food storage and inventory, coordinating with the Mess NCO on menus and purchasing, and providing quality control, inspection and monthly reporting over a base year with two one-year options.
