The work includes the installation of STYRENE-BUTADIENE-STYRENE (SBS) Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing on Building 405, a non-historic masonry structure constructed as an aircraft maintenance facility in 1983. The project involves selective demolition of existing roofing and insulation, replacement of roof insulation where missing or damaged, and installation of a flashing membrane behind existing sheet metal parapet flashing. The contract line item (0001) covers all materials and labor required to demo the existing roof material and replace with SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing. The project is located at 501 East 5th Street, Building 405, Vancouver, WA 98661.
