The contractor must deliver a fully assembled, factory-tested Crude Oil Phase Behavior (PVT) System that includes a floating piston high pressure vessel with mixer for making live crude oil, a floating piston accumulator for collecting phase samples, a gasometer for measuring gas volume, a dual cylinder syringe pump for fluid transfer, a floating piston accumulator, a floating piston recombination cell with magnetic stirrer and rocking mechanism, and software for automation and data management. The system must meet specified pressure, temperature, volume, and material requirements. The contractor must also provide on-site installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing, and operational and maintenance training at the DOE/NETL facility in Pittsburgh, PA.
