Under Ground Fuel Storage Tank Maintenance and Repair at Travis AFB

The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, monthly and annual inspections, certification and testing of all USTs, including pumps, valves, piping, fittings, lids, seals, gauges, sensors, switches, controllers, electrical and display panels, and cathodic protection. The contractor must also perform emergency and routine service calls, minor repairs, and additional in-scope work as identified. The work includes maintaining a 24/7 contractor hotline, providing telephone support, and ensuring a 96% operational rate for each UST. The contractor shall develop and maintain an Operations and Maintenance Plan, a Quality Control Plan, and a Maintenance and Repair Log. The contract includes a base year and four option years, with work performed at AAFES Gas Stations at Travis AFB.
