This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531390. The small business size standard is $19.5M . This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor shall provide legal foreclosure support services including foreclosure services (FCL), eviction services, mediation services, and bankruptcy services in Arkansas (Non-Judicial), North Carolina (Quasi-Judicial), and South Carolina (Judicial). The scope encompasses post-acceleration default services on behalf of the Client utilizing applicable USDA, HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards, including prosecution and defense of foreclosure and related litigation for up to 100 accounts in each state, obtaining possession of real property, securing collateral, and enforcing deficiency judgments. The contractor will also handle bankruptcy cases, evictions, mediation, and provide data reporting and program management.
