This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard -$45,000,000.00.
This acquisition will be awarded in accordance with FAR RFO Part 15. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov.).

The scope includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete general site work and grading, paving, access road, temporary and permanent fencing, foundation and floor slab construction, building erection, building interior and exterior finishes, plumbing systems, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, electrical, communications and fire alarm systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, connections of building utilities to existing tie-in points, and storm water control as required for regulatory compliance. The work also includes demolishing existing paving and scrap metal recycling of large steel frame structures stored on-site, as well as fencing alterations. The contractor shall construct the new Administration Building and Maintenance Garage strictly in accordance with the approved A/E design drawings, technical specifications, and performance standards provided.
