The contractor shall provide a complete, operational Labconco Acid-Resistant CentriVap Pro configuration, including a Labconco Acid-Resistant CentriVap Pro vacuum concentrator with PTFE-coated chamber, a DNA PTFE rotor (catalog number 7555701), a −105°C CentriVap cold trap (catalog number 8621100) with stainless-steel lid and 115V North American electrical configuration, and a compatible Labconco VACUUBRAND diaphragm vacuum pump configured for 115V/60Hz operation with an ultimate vacuum below 2 mbar and displacement capacity of approximately 63 L/min. The system must include all required tubing, connections, electrical components, and accessories necessary for integrated operation. The system shall provide controlled heating from ambient temperature to approximately 100°C, independent programming of heating and total run time, and the ability to terminate heating before completion of the vacuum run. The cold trap must capture moisture, solvent vapors, and corrosive fumes, and protect the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump must be compatible with the CentriVap's integrated controls and provide an electrical receptacle or equivalent integrated control capability. The delivered system shall be new, operational, and ready for use following installation and verification.
