Administrative Parking Lot Repairs

The contractor will clean all surfaces of the parking lots, fill cracks, remove and replace damaged areas, seal coat the entire surface, and restripe the lots. Work must be completed as specified in the Forest Service Supplementary Specifications (FSSS) and the Federal Highways Standard Specifications FP-24. The three parking lots are located at the Boulder Ranger District Office (2140 Yarmouth Avenue, Boulder, CO 80301), Clear Creek Ranger District Office (101 CO-103, Idaho Springs, CO 80452), and Fort Collins Administrative Site (300 Hemlock, Fort Collins, CO 80524). All sites will be occupied by Forest Service employees and the public, requiring strategic closures to minimize impact on daily operations. Work may be scheduled outside normal business hours if approved by the Forest Service. The contractor must provide weekly written progress reports and submittals for all asphalt products. Work shall be completed within one week at each site.
