The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide Bus transportation services in support of 25th Infantry Division JPMRC 27-01 rotation at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and other various locations on the Island of Hawaii. This procurement is a competitive requirement.

Deadlines:
Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 21 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response.
Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 26 September 2026.
Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (prices shall be all inclusive), and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments. The email shall be titled as follows:

• Content Title: JPMRC 27-01 PTA Transportation (BUS)
• Offeror’s Name: (Emplace Your Name Here)
Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties. This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
The contractor must provide 50-passenger buses with drivers, capable of seating a minimum of 40 passengers (not including the driver), with fully functional climate control. Services include transportation of personnel from Kona Airport to Pohakuloa Training Area and back, as needed or on demand, with operating hours coordinated 24 hours prior to execution. The schedule includes multiple trips on specific dates between 06 October 2026 and 17 November 2026, with varying passenger counts.
