Disposal Food Waste, Hohenfels, USAG Bavaria

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform collection, pickup, and disposal of edible food waste at USAG Bavaria – Hohenfels. Services include delivery and placement of standardized brown, water-proof 120L plastic containers with wheels and lids; labeling, maintenance, and cleaning of containers; disinfection of containers; collection and pickup of food waste at locations listed in TE 3 – Pickup Schedule; provision of one refrigerator unit (28.4 cbm) for interim storage at Dining Facility #857; provision of up to 300 additional 120L containers for rotational units; additional out-of-cycle pickups during high-use events; emptying of containers for rotational training support seven days per week including weekends and holidays; weighing of containers upon request; and providing documentation including weight tickets, disposal evidence, and monthly oversight reports.
