Luke AFB is seeking a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to perfom duties in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The Protestant RE Coordinator shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, and transportation to provide non-personal service in support of the Luke AFB Chapel Protestant RE program.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.
The Protestant RE Coordinator shall serve as the primary coordinator, teacher, facilitator, and organizer of the Protestant religious education program under the Senior Installation Chaplain. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the RE program, recruiting and managing volunteers, coordinating facility requests, ensuring compliance with background check requirements, maintaining attendance records, and leading coordination of annual Vacation Bible School. The contractor must possess a minimum of 2 years of Protestant RE leadership experience and be fluent in English. Duty hours are approximately 80-100 hours per month, with core hours of 12 hours on site during normal office hours and 8 flex hours for weekends and events.
