This is a Pre-solicitation Notice announcing the Government's intent to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Contractor
Protestant Director of Religious Education (PDRE).
The contractor will serve as Protestant Director of Religious Education (PDRE) overseeing religious education requirements for the Protestant faith community aboard NSA Naples, Italy. Performance will occur principally at the NSA Chapel, onboard the Support Site installation in Gricignano, Naples Italy without any travel. Access to NSA installations is required. Working hours will be coordinated with the RMT; performance must be compatible with NSA Chapel operating hours from 0730 until 1600 Sunday through Friday, except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Expected level of effort is 25 hours per week or 100 hours per month, including weekend and holiday work.
