The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX is issuing a solicitation for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to improve the safety in buildings 1400 and 1401. Three tasks are to be accomplished; provide and install Exit control motion sensors, provide and install GSA-approved egress only lock package and clean the area and remove dirt/ debris from worksite. Work is located at the TDAC-WSMR buildings 1400 and 1401 within the White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002.
The contract duration is 30 days after notice to proceed. This project is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
