The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment to perform chiller maintenance services on five chillers: one York 500-Ton Centrifugal Magnetic Drive Chiller, two York 1000-Ton High Pressure Centrifugal Chillers, and two Trane Air-Cooled Chiller Units. Services include quarterly and annual preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications, corrective/unscheduled repairs, emergency repair service, and an annual repair parts allowance. The contractor must comply with OSHA, EPA, manufacturer, JCAHO, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Work is performed at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148.
