The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform comprehensive inspections, mechanical adjustments, clearing of debris, and full operational verification of all turnstile units. The goal is to ensure the continuous, uninterrupted operational readiness of the facility's physical access control systems, prevent hardware failure, and minimize downtime.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance of five Magnetic Autocontrol turnstiles at 586 Weyland Rd, Langley AFB, VA 23665. The work includes comprehensive inspections, mechanical adjustments, clearing of debris, and operational verification of all turnstile units. The contractor must complete a site survey, perform recommended preventative maintenance, and ensure the workspace is clear after servicing. The project must be completed within 60 days of award, with a phased schedule to maintain continuous access for mission personnel. All on-site activities must be coordinated through the Project Manager and Chief of Security, and contractor personnel will be escorted at all times by Government representatives.
