The contractor shall provide and install one new 3-ton top-running overhead bridge crane and hoist system at Building B211-1 (East Bay) at Rock Island Arsenal. The system includes a single-girder, top-running bridge crane with DC disc-type brakes, an underhung trolley and hoist assembly, pendant controls, safety systems, and all supporting hardware. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for complete installation, including site preparation, off-loading, set-up, and connection beyond the point of first connection. The contractor must also provide installation and preparation documentation, maintenance manuals, operator manuals, environmental compliance data, and a pre-shipment testing report. Training for operators, programmers, and maintenance personnel must be provided. The contractor shall perform factory load testing and on-site acceptance testing at RIA-JMTC.
