Drain line Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the sewage drain system at WFO Brownsville, TX. Work includes: full diagnostic testing of piping (video inspection, mapping, documentation); replacing cast iron piping with PVC pipe; constructing a temporary wall to subdivide the equipment room to maintain 24/7 mission-critical operations; breaking concrete and removing walls as necessary to access and replace drain lines in restrooms, kitchen, corridor, ready room, elec tech room, storage room, and equipment room; replacing floor drains, wye fittings, cleanouts, and the main drain line from the building to the lift station; disconnecting, relocating, and reconnecting HVAC equipment, server cabinets, wiring, and cabling; restoring all affected areas including flooring, walls, pavement, landscaping, and fencing to original condition; testing new sewer piping and verifying operations of the existing sewer grinder and lift station; and providing a 5-year warranty on all workmanship.
