The contractor shall deliver fully assembled, factory-tested positive displacement syringe pumps: 12 medium-pressure pumps (minimum 7500 PSI, 250 mL capacity) and 4 high-pressure pumps (minimum 20,000 psi, 50 mL capacity), along with 8 controllers capable of independent or synchronized control of up to three or four pumps. The system must support constant flow, constant pressure, and continuous flow modes, with on-the-fly adjustments and external connectivity (USB, Ethernet, or RS-232/RS-485). Wetted materials must be Nitronic 50 stainless steel or Hastelloy C-276, with graphite-impregnated PTFE or UHMWPE seals. Equipment should be NRTL certified or include certification cost in the proposal.
