Please insert pricing on Page 3 - 7 along with net amount & delivery times. For the Over and Above Clins, please only list the proposed hourly Technician labor rates.
Please complete information in any applicable “Fill-in” provisions and clauses.
Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Over and Above (O&A) on the DSX Electronic Ramp Gate System for the Aircraft Maintenance Group's ramp areas at Tinker Air Force Base. This includes performing four PMs per machine per year, software maintenance and updates on the WinDSX system, inspecting mechanical components, testing full gate operation, cleaning and inspecting controllers, verifying system communication, and documenting deficiencies. The contractor must also provide a PM schedule, service reports, and comply with various security, safety, and environmental requirements.
