The work is detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and generally includes, but is not limited to, the following key tasks:

Demolition and Architectural Repairs: Removal of existing windows and replacement of non-serviceable building skirting.

Structural Modifications: Construction of a new security vestibule inside the main entrance, including structural improvements to the sub-flooring and framing to support the installation of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) door.

Perimeter Security: Installation of a 6’ high chain-link fence with concertina wire and two access gates.

Electronic Security Systems (ESS): Installation of a new CCTV system and an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The IDS must be compliant with ICD-705 and UL 2050 standards and must be installed by a UL 2050 certified installer.
