The purpose of this solicitation is for services needed to repair one (1) scissor lift in support of US military personnel and equipment aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to repair the scissor lift. Tasks include replacing the scissor lift leg assembly and hydraulics (base frame, cylinders, hosing) to conform to the manufacturer's original operational standard, removing damaged parts and placing them outside building 2251, performing necessary tests and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation, and properly disposing of all waste materials including hazardous waste. The contractor may conduct a site visit to evaluate the equipment and identify the cause of the malfunction. Upon completion, the contractor shall verify proper equipment operation and provide documentation summarizing the inspection, repairs performed, and any additional maintenance or corrective actions recommended.
