This procurement will utilize the solicitation procedures at RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(1). This announcement combines the presolicitation notice and the RFQ according to 12.202(b). The anticipated award date of this requirement is 23 October 2026.
The contractor must fabricate door subassemblies per six CLINs: Door Subassembly, CLET Side (Drawings 11453429 REV P and 11453430 REV N); Door Subassembly, XMTR Upper (Drawing 11453431 REV N); Door Subassembly, XMTR Lower (Drawing 11453432 REV L); and Door Subassembly, Utility (Drawings 11453434 REV V and 11453435 REV AD). The work includes precision CNC machining, aluminum fabrication, chemical conversion coatings (MIL-DTL-5541), primers, two-part epoxy adhesive bonding, and testing per MIL-STD-810. The contractor must provide a manufacturing plan, quality management system evidence, testing strategy, and facility/capacity proof. Delivery and acceptance location is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The contract is IDIQ with a minimum of $10,000.00 and maximum of $2,000,000.00, with an estimated PoP of 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031.
