CATM Ventilation Cleaning

The 37 TRSS has procured a requirement for ventilation cleaning for building #950 on JBSA-Lackland AFB. The contractor shall

provide all equipment and labors necessary for the HVAC air duct and ventilation cleaning.

The location identified is 900 Patrol Road, Building 950, San Antonio, TX 78236.

UPDATE (August 11, 2026): Clarification of Quote Due Date and Extension of Base Access Deadline

This update is issued to correct a typographical error in the RFQ document and to extend the deadline for installation access requests:

Quote Due Date Clarification: The official deadline for receipt of quotes remains September 3, 2026, at 02:00 PM. CDT (as correctly reflected in the SAM.gov system fields). The August 11, 2026 date listed in the original RFQ PDF was a typographical error.

Base Access Deadline Extension: The deadline to submit the required base access information to attend the scheduled site visit (on August 25, 2026) has been extended to August 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.

All prospective offerors planning to attend the site visit must submit their representative's details (Full Legal Name, DL Number/State, DOB, Company Name, and CAGE Code) to jefferson.campos_osorio@us.af.mil by tomorrow's new deadline.

All other terms, conditions, and scheduled milestones remain unchanged.

This notice provides a summary of all amendments issued for this solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging all amendments as part of their quote submission.

SUMMARY OF AMENDMENT 0002 (Posted August 19, 2026)

The primary purpose of Amendment 0002 is to correct an administrative error from the initial posting, clarify site visit details, and incorporate the Availability of Funds clause.

• 1. CORRECTED RFQ DOCUMENT: The RFQ Document originally posted has been REMOVED. The correct "Corrected RFQ Document" has been uploaded and must be used for quote preparation.
• 2. SITE VISIT LOCATION CLARIFICATION: The site visit scheduled for August 25, 2026, will occur at Building 950.
• 3. FUNDING CLAUSE ADDITION: FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, has been incorporated into the solicitation.

SUMMARY OF AMENDMENT 0001 (Originally posted August 4, 2026)

The purpose of Amendment 0001 was to extend the due date and establish the site visit details.

• 1. DUE DATE EXTENSION: The deadline for quotes was extended from August 5, 2026, to September 3, 2026, at 14:00 CST. This deadline remains unchanged by Amendment 0002.
• 2. SITE VISIT ESTABLISHED: An organized site visit was scheduled for August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST at 900 Patrol Road, Building 950, San Antonio, TX. The deadline for questions resulting from the site visit was established as August 27, 2026.

CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDORS:

• The deadline for receipt of quotes remains September 3, 2026, at 14:00 CST.
• Please download and review all documents, especially "SF-30 Amendment 0002" and the "Corrected RFQ Document".
• Vendors MUST acknowledge receipt of BOTH Amendment 0001 and Amendment 0002 by returning signed copies of both SF-30 forms with their quote.
