Upper Midwest Environmental Science Center (UMESC) TRASH REMOVAL
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, and any other items necessary to perform removal, pickup, and disposal of trash at the UMESC facility. Services include weekly solid waste pickup, bi-weekly cardboard and paper recycling, monthly glass recycling and construction waste pickup. The contractor must provide specific containers: two 4-yard dumpsters for solid waste, one 20-yard container for construction waste, one 3-yard container for cardboard, six 96-gallon wheeled containers for paper recycling, and one 96-gallon wheeled container with a cover for glass recycling. Work shall be performed during facility hours (7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri). The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, maintain and clean containers, and provide annual tonnage documentation upon request.
