VHA seeking 20,250 RSF for a Community Based Outreach Clinic in Twin Falls, ID

The lessor must provide a modern, quality building with a minimum of 15,000 to a maximum of 18,000 ABOA square feet of contiguous space, not exceeding 20,250 RSF. The space must be located within a defined Area of Consideration and meet specific requirements for parking, security, seismic safety, and accessibility. The lessor is responsible for designing and constructing tenant improvements, including exam rooms, a laboratory, a mental health group therapy room, and other clinical spaces, in accordance with VA design manuals and standards. The lessor must also provide janitorial services, building maintenance, and security systems as specified.
