This solicitation is for one (1) new DNA Sequencing laboratory test equipment ensemble for the DLA Product Test Center (PTC) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to include the equipment, hardware, chemical consumables, installation, training, and optional preventative maintenance.
The scope of work is detailed on the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the Technical Specifications.
Submitted quotes must include the offeror's Cage Code and address the lead time; as well as provide a line item price list that details the elements of the SOW.
Quotes are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Dickstein, by the closing date and time of 12 Noon, EST, Wednesday August 19, 2026.
The contractor shall provide a turnkey laboratory equipment ensemble that must match or exceed the capabilities of the 3500 Genetic Analyzer 8 Channel (Model No: 622-0010) and the Applied Biosystems 2720 Thermal Cycler (Model No: 4359659R), paired with GeneMapper 6 software on a Windows 11 workstation. A comprehensive starter kit of PCR reagents and swabbing tools is required. The contractor shall also provide 1 day of on-site training for up to 6 individuals upon installation. Delivery of all hardware, software, and accessories shall be completed within 90 days after the date of award. Installation shall be conducted on-site at the government facility by a highly trained, OEM-certified (preferred) Service Engineer. The contractor must offer a comprehensive post-warranty support plan beginning at the end of the standard 1-year warranty period, including calibration, technical support, repair coverage, and discounted consumables.
