This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Solicitation # N4523A26Q5725 is being issued for the rental of one (1) 43' Diesel Scissor Lift at PSNS & IMF in accordance with the PWS.
Period of Performance for Base Year: 05 October 2026 – 04 October 2027.

The contractor shall provide the rental of one (1) 43' Diesel Scissor Lift, including leasing, transportation, inspection, maintenance, and emergency repair services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contract is for a 12-month base period from 05 October 2026 to 04 October 2027, with delivery FOB Destination to PSNS & IMF. The contractor must comply with all badging and security requirements for access to the naval installation and shipyard Controlled Industrial Area.
