This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
**To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3. **
The contractor must supply Starlink Mini Kits, Starlink Standard Kits, portable folding tripod mounts, heavy-duty mount kits, Starlink Mini backpacks/cases, and provide monthly satellite internet service for 11 Starlink Mini antennas and 4 fixed-site Starlink antennas (each with 1TB monthly capacity) from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. The contractor must provide 24/7 technical support by phone or WhatsApp, ensure warranty service in Colombia, and deliver items to specified US or local delivery points. The contractor must also provide all data for activation/deactivation of antennas and comply with confidentiality and security requirements.
