The contractor shall provide a technical approach to meet all key steps outlined in the SOW and shall address at a minimum:
a. Surface Preparation
b. Corrosion Control
c. Painting and Finishing
d. Markings, Colors, and Insignia
e. Quality Control
f. Site Management

The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform F-84F Thunderstreak and RB-66B Destroyer painting services. Specific tasks include scuff sanding, corrosion treatment, limited disassembly, application of primer and topcoats per Federal Standard 595 colors, application of markings per the CMI packages, bird/insect proofing, cleaning drain holes, removing corrosion from pedestal mounts, and daily debris removal. The contractor must warranty the coatings for two years and provide deliverables such as a chemical inventory list, safety data sheets, weekly inspection reports, and a spray paint usage spreadsheet.
