The Contractor shall procure and deliver two (2) 5WR -33 x 117-08D12AL Chilled Water Coils to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, DC, Facility. Replacement coils are needed to ensure efficient cooling and dehumidification, precise temperature regulation, energy efficiency, sustainability, and improve air quality control to the production directorate and offices, as well as the reliability and longevity of the overall bureau AHU systems.
The contractor shall procure and deliver two (2) 5WR-33 x 117-08D12AL chilled water coils (or equal) to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, DC facility. The contractor must perform a visual inspection upon delivery in the presence of the SME to ensure no damage occurred during transport. The period of performance is 90 days from the notice to proceed. Delivery is to the BEP Annex Loading Dock at 14th & C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228.
