PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Crack and Fog Sealing project for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Brecksville, OH.
Work will consist of cleaning asphalt surfaces/cracks in preparation for crack seal and fog sealing applications. Roadway and parking lots will be restriped with pavement markings according to MUTCD standards using blue, yellow and white roadway pavement paint. Stanford Rd will have old asphalt ground down to remove all pavement and subbase material leaving a 10¿ roadway. Fill dirt will be hauled in to restore ground areas back to naturalized state.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2017 with performance to begin in August 2026.
Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cuyahoga County, OH will apply.

This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses.
SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available mid/late May 2026 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities .

REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have an UEI number.
