The renovation will repair the existing driving range bays and add an additional 12 hitting bays by adding a two-story hitting deck required by increased customer volume.
The work includes full replacement of the existing driving range, adding a two-story, 24-bay covered hitting structure with a ball-tracking system, and improving food and beverage options with an adjacent concession. The Contractor shall demolish and remove existing turf, range concrete, and the existing range maintenance building; grade the project site; remove dead brush and dying trees; adjust, relocate, or replace existing irrigation and electrical systems; relocate the bunker and chipping practice areas; increase the length of the driving range by approximately 30 yards; construct a 2-story, 24-bay covered range structure with weather-resistant lighting, ceiling fans, and roof-mounted light fixtures; install a golf range technology system; construct a new 440-square-foot range building and a new 500-square-foot Concession Building with restrooms; construct a concrete cart path extension; and install 150 linear feet of high-impact range netting.
