Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), on road networks at the Fish and Wildlife Service’s (FWS) National Wildlife Refuges (NWR)

The contractor will plan, test, operate, collect data on, and evaluate the performance of state-of-the-art ADAS technologies when operating within NWR locations. The effort includes project management and risk mitigation, collection of ADAS performance data, analysis of primary research priorities (wildlife, visitors, road conditions), analysis of secondary research priorities (correlating ADAS performance with infrastructure elements, comparing ADAS performance in NWRs with other environments), and synthesizing and reporting results. The contractor must supply all vehicles, data-logging instruments, fuel, power, and software; no Government Furnished Property will be provided. Testing may be proposed at one or two of the following sites: Desert NWR (Nevada), Neal Smith NWR (Iowa), and/or Parker River NWR (Massachusetts). The period of performance extends from the date of award through 8/15/2028.
