The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) is seeking a contractor to provide and install two (2) new commercial water refill stations, to include the removal and disposal of existing legacy units.

All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to cynthia.cruz.3@us.af.mil AND elias.campos.1@us.af.mil. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible, but no later than 14 August 2026 11:00AM.
The contractor shall provide and install two purified water refill stations with integrated reverse osmosis systems at Buildings 61314 and 61312, Northwest Field, Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam. The units must be ADA compliant, have recessed dispensers, chill water to 40-42°F, have internal drainage, and hold NSF/ANSI 42,53,58, ISO 9001, and NSF AMSI 372,61,51 certifications. The contractor must also remove and dispose of existing water fountains. The contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on all workmanship. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after award, FOB Destination.
