The contractor must provide an enclosed cargo trailer meeting approximate specifications: 8.5 x 20 feet, interior height of at least 74 inches, 5000-pound capacity, extended trailer tongue, 40 by 90 inch service access window, interior/exterior wiring with lighting, heat pump/mini split, cabinets/wardrobes with recessed wall mounts, wardrobes along the length and waist-height cabinets along the front, and an onboard generator with converter/inverter to support the unit and approximately 25 amps of additional power draw. An option for an 18-foot electric awning is included.
