The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement of Modular Roller Tracks and associated hardware as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.
The contractor must manufacture and deliver modular roller tracks with integral side flanges, a minimum clear width of 2.0 inches, roller centers spaced no more than 6 inches apart, and load capacity of 2.0 lbs per linear foot. Track segments must be modular between 6.0 and 20.0 feet in length and include connectors for continuous runs up to 200 feet. The contractor must provide quantities to fill six shelves (each 1 foot wide and 200 feet long) in one of four configuration options (A through D) based on total exterior track width, with total linear footage ranging from 2,400 to 6,000 linear feet. The Government will perform assembly on existing shelves.
