Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center Par

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to clean, crack fill, sealcoat, and restripe two existing parking lots (West Lot and RV/Bus Lot) at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. Work includes surface cleaning, vegetation control at pavement joints/edges, hot-pour rubberized asphalt crack sealing (approx. 3,900 LF West Lot, 5,200 LF RV Lot), single-coat asphalt emulsion sealcoating (approx. 26,000 sq ft West Lot, 34,568 sq ft RV Lot), and pavement striping including stalls, accessible parking, EV charging stall markings, directional arrows, crosswalks, and no-parking areas per MUTCD and ADA standards. No structural pavement replacement is included. The contractor must identify alligatored spider-web areas and coordinate with the COR on treatment. The period of performance is September 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
