Site Visit: September 3, 2026 - All Vendors will meet No Later Than (NLT) 10:30AM PDT @ 110 N Wabash Ave., Glendora, CA 91741. The COR Bradley will escort the vendors to the site requesting service. Please do not be late and make sure you bring a copy of the PWS!
The contractor must fell 75 trees and trim 21 trees (plus 2 additional trees at the end of an unpaved access road) at the Tanbark Administrative Site, grinding slash, decking boles, and leaving stumps at 6-inch height. The contractor must also provide, install, and remove a pre-engineered bridging or stability product over a previously washed-out area of road (approximately 35 linear feet by 12.5 feet wide) capable of supporting tree removal equipment. Pre-work submittals include an Environmental Protection Plan and Accident Prevention Plan. Key personnel required include a certified arborist, a certified crane/feller crane operator, and a qualified biological monitor who must be on call throughout performance to protect special-status bat species and other wildlife per USFS resource protection measures.
