5440 - K-Rail Barriers for San Joaquin

The contractor shall furnish and deliver 20 each of 10-foot Type K concrete barriers (K-Rail Barriers) to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, CA. The barriers must be precast concrete, 10 feet in length, minimum 2 feet 8 inches high, with a 2-foot wide base, painted yellow or orange for high-visibility, have forklift pockets for moving/placement, and have two imbedded steel loops on each end for connection pins. Delivery is required 90 days after receipt of order (DARO) or sooner, FOB Destination. Material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets in accordance with MD00100452, Revision C, dated 09/2016, heat treated, certified, and stamped with appropriate certification markings.
